Participants work on a project over an extended period of time that engages them in solving a real world problem or answering a complex question. They demonstrate their knowledge and skills by creating a public product or presentation for a real audience.
Participants work in teams reporting into a Team Lead who in turn is aligned to a Product Owner. The Product Owner represents the stakeholders and is responsible for setting the direction of the product.
Problem-solving approach asks participants to take on STEM career roles, such as project manager or software developer, and use critical thinking, communication and creative impulse to design or solve a real-world problem.
